Reached out and got this responce when i sent a photo of the leaked one, guess they dont want me to buy more... I’m also sorry to hear that the Lemon Haze Sauce leaked from your second order. We use three layers of protection to help prevent issues like this, but unfortunately, temperature changes during this time of year can sometimes cause leakage during transit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. However, under our store policy, we’re unable to send another replacement for the leaked product.

I like the shipping updates since just placing an order and then wondering if the item will arrive... "sometime" is not the way to do business as some other sellers do. The product is fair but very, very "dirty," with tons of resin that clog the vaporizer with sticky gunk and residue. In this case, the product is really is not "diamond" as titled but just a thicker resin. A $45 experiment I will NOT be repeating.
